As a teen mother, I was always determined to go to college and create an amazing life for myself and my child. Sacrificing nights and weekends, I was able to get an A.A. in Health Careers and B.A. in Political Science, just two years later.

The strategy I used to earn those degrees is the same one I employ each time there is a new goal. NEVER LET UP.

Highlights of my career include: a seat on the Executive Committee Boston Branch NAACP and event logistics support for the monumental 100th Anniversary Freedom Fund Gala.

I’ve worked with the Spelman College Boston Alumnae Chapter planning committee for their annual Blueprint Girls’ Conference as previous co-chair.

I’ve combined my love of my community, planning, and events to develop multiple businesses focusing on connecting businesses and communities in a way that creates new narratives around both.
