From outlining the organizational blueprint for sponsorship activities to curating engaging children’s play areas and dynamic activity activations, SBC ensured a seamless blend of vibrant local performances, thriving small main street businesses, and robust law enforcement coordination.

The success of this summer event series across prominent neighborhoods like Dorchester, Roxbury, East Boston, Blue Hill Avenue, and Jamaica Plain was a testament to the team’s close collaboration with city officials, department heads, media teams, and public relations.

Shana Bryant assumed a pivotal role as a member of the inaugural TEDx Roxbury planning committee, an innovative platform highlighting local talent through the art of storytelling.

SBC’s involvement in organizing this impactful event encompassed handling speaker logistics, designing the show layout and flow, managing audio-visual support, overseeing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless day-of production.

Lamik Beauty Brow Bar @ Essence Festival

As a trusted advisor, Shana Bryant served as a vital member of the acclaimed LAMIK Beauty Team during the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, LA.

Her responsibilities entailed meticulous day-of logistic planning, marketing support, and seamless onsite flow production.

Ujima Boston Project - Assembly of Black Possibilities

Shana Bryant Consulting collaborated with the Ujima Project to pioneer the groundbreaking Assembly of Black Possibilities Summit. As an advisor and lead planner, the SBC team oversaw the comprehensive management of both front-end and back-end logistics.

Working closely with the organization’s Director, they crafted a realistic budget and conceptualized the entire framework, including the theme, venue layout, mission, and vision statement.

SBC took charge of audio-visual production, designed the event breakout session map and plan, coordinated all speaker communications, managed hotel arrangements, and ensured a seamless event flow. The planning also includes food and beverage offerings during the assembly and an off-site reception with live entertainment.

The versatility of event management knows no bounds, and the team’s singular objective is to execute flawlessly.

Friends of the Children

In her role as a non-profit partner, Shana Bryant has served as a key advisor and coordinator for numerous events organized by Boston-based Friends of the Children.

This community-focused organization actively hosts fundraisers, conferences, and meetings to invigorate, involve, and raise awareness about its mission. SCB has played a vital role in securing diverse and stunning venues for each event, overseeing all logistics related to food, beverage, décor, and entertainment vendors, and efficiently managing the entire registration process from front to back end.

Additionally, the capability to enlist marketing professionals ensures the creation of design and public relations collateral tailored to the client’s specifications leading up to the event and onsite branding. Hiring a videographer and serving as the executive producer to capture videos that showcase the organizers’ programming and strategic initiatives, adding a dynamic layer to the event experience.

Boston While Black Family Reunion​

BWB Family Reunion is an annual day-long celebration of Black experiences, community and culture. BWB brought a collective of Black Bostonians from across neighborhoods and generations together to experience joy and create memories with friends and family.

Our SBC team provided onsite event management and logistics services for turnout of over 8,000 attendees.
