Hello, I’m Shana Bryant.

I’m a teacher, event planner, and social entrepreneur in Boston, MA.

My background and skills allow me to transform businesses, events, and personal goals through detail and intention.

To understand me, you must understand my background.

As a teen mother, I was always determined to go to college and create an amazing life for myself and my child. Sacrificing nights and weekends, I was able to get an A.A. in Health Careers and my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, just two years later.

The strategy I used to earn those degrees is the same one I employ each time there is a new goal. NEVER LET UP.

A career in the healthcare industry, including over seventeen years in administrative roles, sharpened my strategic planning skills.

These skills help me to successfully manage events, facilitate training, and serve in a coaching role.

Past partnerships, including my seat on the Executive Committee of the Boston Branch NAACP, created a pathway for me to work with nonprofits whose work I admired. In my time on the committee, I supported the organization in preparation for celebrating a milestone in one of the signature events, the 100th Anniversary Freedom Fund Gala.

Later, I worked with the Spelman College Boston Alumnae Chapter planning committee for their annual Blueprint Girls’ Conference, Co-Chairing years 9 and 10.

I’ve combined my love of my community, planning, and events to develop multiple businesses focusing on connecting businesses and communities in a way that creates new narratives around both.

When not working in my businesses, I am a professor at Roxbury Community College teaching event planning.

My work to inspire others allows me to give back to my sixteen-year-old self. As a frightened new parent, I leaned on the guidance and mentorship of other women to show me the way. It is my blessing to use my career as a vehicle to encourage other women and girls to be their best selves.

I look forward to finding ways to help you THRIVE.
